Guests may check in at any time. Check out is by 11 am. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage at the hotel free of charge.

No, but private and public water transport is both efficient and reasonably priced.

The price includes breakfast but not lunch and dinner.

No, guests with mobility problems should request a room on the ground floor when booking.
Where is the nearest point of water transport?
A 1 minute walk from the hotel to the Grand Canal.
What languages are spoken in the hotel?
English, French, Spanish and German. (And Italian!)
Do you accommodate for smokers?
Smoking rooms are available but smoking is prohibited in public areas of the hotel by Italian law.
Do you have jacuzzi/sauna/gym facilities?
Unfortunately not.
Is there a swimming pool?
Not, on the property but there is one nearby, open from 9 am till 7 pm. Ask at reception for details.
Do you operate a Car Rental Service?
No, but we'll be happy to arrange it on your behalf.
Is there a garage?
No, but we will be happy to organise private parking for you upon request.
Is there Internet Access available in the hotel?
Unfortunately not, but there is an Internet Café nearby. Ask at reception for details.
Are the rooms Air Conditioned?
Each room is furnished with a fan, stronger A/C units are available in certain rooms upon request.
Do any rooms have balconies or terraces?
Unfortunately not, however most rooms have large windows that let in the sunlight and fresh air.
